OUR FAMILY'S STORY
More than just a lamb farm
Our independent Aussie family farm is more than just the New England Lamb farm. We are a truffle farm too - called the New England Truffle Company.
It was one day, gathered together after another hard day's work, over a beer and admiring the sunset-soaked scenery, that we thought of this rather out-of-the-box, and joyous, way to keep the paddocks on our family's 500-acre farm nicely trimmed all year round... sheep and lamb farming.

Our family's "Waste Not" farming and eating philosophy celebrates everything the animal gave up in order to provide us with food and the resources that went into its production. It helps reduce waste and shows profound respect for the animal. It’s a more sustainable and morally ethical way of farming, shopping and consuming.

We raise sheep and lambs ethically and sustainably in low-stress flocks, that are free to roam our 500-acre farm and freely feed on it's rich, natural New England pastures. Just the way nature intended. Our commitment to natural, sustainable, and regenerative farming is one of the main reasons why we're able to produce such high-quality lamb that's highly coveted. This way of farming also ensures that we can best promote health within our sheep and lambs as well as humans, through producing healthy, high quality meat. Nothing less than the best will do.

Where do you deliver to?
Wherever you are in Australia, our family is committed to bringing the finest-quality lamb produce straight from our paddock to your plate. Through our carefully selected distribution network, we can now deliver to an impressive 96% of areas across Australia.
Is all of your lamb pasture fed and finished?
Yes, all New England Lamb is completely pasture fed and finished, as well as completely free range. Our animals happiness and comfort is of the upmost importance to us. That's why all of our lambs are raised as nature intended—in happy, low-stress, free-range flocks with their mothers—feeding on the natural, mineral and nutrient rich grasses, plants, and flowers that fill our farm's tableland fields and moorlands.
Rearing lambs naturally this way is also brilliant for our farm's wider animal, insect, and horticultural ecosystem. Our natural and regenerative farming approach means that our farm is not only brimming with healthy and happy sheep and lambs, but also with wonderfully restorative wildlife whose habitats surround our farm.
