Our pasture-based system also produces lots of benefits for wildlife and the local environment on our farm.
Our Master Butchers have years of experience and knowledge, ensuring premium technique and precision on every lamb cut and making the best of the whole animal. Respect and care for our lambs goes far beyond their living years, it also endlessly extends into our butchering and preparation processes. It's apart of our "Waste Not" ethos and mission.
We carefully cryovac all of our meat by hand in our butchery facility. Products are then hand-placed and securely sealed inside recyclable cool boxes before being hand-delivered by us, directly to you, in our specialised refrigerated van - so it's always ice cold when delivered to your door.
