Our Traditional Half Lamb Box is ~10kg of succulent, pasture-fed and pasture-finished Australian lamb, in a delicious and convenient combination of smaller cuts, artisan mince, and larger roast cuts.

Answers to our most frequently asked questionsFor optimal and convenient storage, we carefully cryovac our lamb cuts by hand in our butchery facility. Each cryovaced meat cut is then clearly (and nicely) labelled by us so you know what each meat cut is.
Then, we hand-place and securely seal all the meat cuts and some gel ice bricks inside our recyclable cool order boxes, which we also line with recyclable wool insulation liners, to keep everything deliciously fresh and ice-cold.
We'll deliver your order fresh (not frozen) and ice-cold straight to your door with love and care.
Absolutely! We're proud to offer delivery tracking for all orders.
• The week before your delivery: We will send you a delivery update email advising your order's exact delivery date and estimated time window.
• The evening before your delivery day: Around 8:00 PM, we will send you a delivery reminder SMS confirming your order's arrival the following day, along with its delivery live-tracking link. With this live-tracking link, you can follow your order's journey to your door in real-time and stay updated on its live delivery ETA.
On the outside of your order box, you will find your order's 'best before storage' label. It will include the following key dates, which are accurate and specific to your order:
• Date butchered and packaged 📦
• Date your meat can be stored fresh in your fridge until 🥩 (transfer meat into your freezer on this date)
• Date your meat can be stored frozen in your freezer until ❄️
You can absolutely include special cut requests on your order, for us to follow and provide. For example: swap the forequarter chops for shoulder roast cut(s) instead.
To include a special cut request on your order, simply enter your request in the "Order Instructions" text box when placing your order on our website. If you've already placed an order with us but forgot to enter your special cut request, then please don't hesitate to contact us.
